項目概況
開平11-4油田18-1區塊開發項目包含新建1座圓筒型FPSO，兩套高度集中式水下生產系統，位于南海東部偏西海域，距香港西南約295km，開平11-4油田包含11-4區塊（水深340-360米）、18-1區塊（水深460-530米）。本采辦包主要內容為系泊系統的浮筒。.The Kaiping 11-4 Oilfield Block 18-1 development Project involves the construction of one new cylindrical FPSO and two sets of highly centralized subsea production systems. It is located in the west-central part of the eastern South China Sea, approximately 295 km southwest of Hong Kong. Kaiping 11-4 Oilfield consists of Block 11-4 (with a water depth ranging from 340 m to 360 m) and Block 18-1 (with a water depth ranging from 460 m to 530 m). The main scope of this procurement package covers the buoys for the mooring system.
