簡(jiǎn)要規(guī)則描述：主要內(nèi)容包括管道敷設(shè)改接、新建窨井、一體式 PE 成品化糞池、污水格柵井、污水提升器、鋼筋混凝土釋壓井等和配套的道路修復(fù)、綠化修復(fù)及管線保護(hù)、管道 CCTV 檢測(cè)等。
Brief Specification Description: The main contents include pipeline laying and relocation, construction of new manholes, integrated PE prefabricated septic tanks, sewage grit chambers, sewage lifters, reinforced concrete pressure relief wells, as well as supporting road repairs, greenery restoration, pipeline protection, and pipeline CCTV inspections.


合同履約期限：本項(xiàng)目施工工期120日歷天，計(jì)劃開工日期：2025年11月12日（暫定，具體開工日期以采購人通知為準(zhǔn)）。

二、申請(qǐng)人的資格要求
2. Qualification Requirements for Suppliers
(a)滿足《中華人民共和國(guó)政府采購法》第二十二條規(guī)定；
(a)Meet the provisions of Article 22 of the "Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China";
(b)落實(shí)政府采購政策需滿足的資格要求：
（1）落實(shí)預(yù)留份額措施，提高中小企業(yè)在政府采購中的份額，扶持中小企業(yè)政策：本項(xiàng)目專門面向中小企業(yè)采購， 評(píng)審時(shí)中小企業(yè)產(chǎn)品均不執(zhí)行價(jià)格折扣優(yōu)惠；
（2）扶持殘疾人福利性單位， 并將其視同小微型企業(yè)；
（3）優(yōu)先采購節(jié)能環(huán)保產(chǎn)品政策：在技術(shù)、服務(wù)等指標(biāo)同等條件下，對(duì)財(cái)政部財(cái)庫〔2019〕18 號(hào)和財(cái)政部財(cái)庫〔2019〕19 號(hào)文公布的節(jié)能環(huán)保產(chǎn)品品目清單中的產(chǎn)品實(shí)行優(yōu)先采購；對(duì)節(jié)能產(chǎn)品品目清單中以“★”標(biāo)注的產(chǎn)品，實(shí)行強(qiáng)制采購。供應(yīng)商須提供具有國(guó)家確定的認(rèn)證機(jī)構(gòu)出具的、處于有效期之內(nèi)的認(rèn)證證書方能享受優(yōu)先采購或強(qiáng)制采購政策；
（4)購買國(guó)貨政策：本項(xiàng)目不接受進(jìn)口產(chǎn)品。
